      What's up with Wheat? Sunday, Sep 22 • 7:00 pm Wheated Bourbons and wheat whiskeys have only ever been a very small part of the overall American whiskey market. And this despite the famous work of William Larue, Julian and Bill Sr. We’ll explore the unique flavors that wheat brings to whiskey and discuss the history of using wheat in American distilling. Pours may include:* Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey Bernheim Larceny RockCastle MB Roland Wheated Mash MB Roland Wheat Whiskey Redemption Wheated Bourbon … and more! * Pours, as always, subject to availability. GRADUATE KY Bourbon School is a deeper dive into the history, production and enjoyment of Kentucky's signature spirit. No prior bourbon education required however for these events we'll be skipping Bourbon 101 basics and going into advanced topics. You'll be guided by the KY Castle's Bourbon Steward in Residence, Tim Knittel of Distilled Living with over 10 years experience in the Bourbon industry. $35 per person, class includes guided Bourbon flight and light food.Dinner reservations at Castle Farm Restaurant available for before the class.
